The Floorball Instructor is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing a structured and developmentally appropriate training programme for students in alignment with the school's CCA objectives, MOE frameworks, and competition preparation needs.
The instructor will work closely with the teacher-in-charge to:
Develop students' passion for floorball and instil sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork.
Conduct progressive training sessions that cover foundational to advanced floorball techniques, tactical play, and game intelligence.
Prepare students for internal and external competitions such as the
National School Games (NSG)
and friendly matches.
Develop leadership qualities among senior members and support student leaders in mentoring juniors.
Uphold safety, inclusivity, and values-based learning during all sessions.
