Job Description
A Lead Designer in the THH team, you will be in charge of the running and organising of projects under the direction of the Senior Designers.The scope of work includes Retail, Accounts & Events.Responsibilities include: Manage the day to day operations of the online retail store including: procurement, client liaison, inventory management, creation of retail products and cost managementAssisting with creation of proposal for account & event workStudio ManagementResearch and development of materials & conceptSupervising and leading freelancers on site projectsEnsuring weekly accounts are met to briefProcurement for event work including costing and adhering to marginsLiaising with suppliers and ensuring smooth ordering processCreating projects of high level finishTraining of freelancersAssist with the development of new retail productsPromote improvement and change in systems that require refiningIdentifying and reporting hazardsRequirements: 5 Years of experience in FloristryMinimum 2 years of experience in Event FloristryMinimum 2 years of experience in Senior/Lead Florist RoleComputer LiterateAble to work independently or with a teamDemonstrates excellent customer service skillsDriving License as a bonusNote : Only shortlisted candidate will be notify
