You’ll be working with top talents in the blockchain industry on renowned DeFi/dApp/NFT projects backed by Binance Ventures and others. As the Lead Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with the marketing team in the process of ideating, conceptualizing and producing various creative elements for the company, including the company website and clients’ artwork for various marketing channels. Apart from that, you will also have the opportunity to lead other creatives in the execution process while growing to be a better leader yourself.. Responsibilities

• Designing and Creating graphic content, infographics, and other creative elements
• Creating consistent brand web and landing page designs for both TokenMinds and clients
• Collaborate with marketing and content team to ensure timely delivery
• Video Editing and creating motion graphics
• Document and Presentation Design Templates
• Collaborating with and managing other designers in creative projects

Requirements

• Strong experience in Web Design working for an Agency or a start-up
• Skilled in Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud, Indesign, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere and Adobe Effects
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Experience in interaction design / animation
• Experience in Video Editing
• Able to work during SGT 9am to 6pm (M-F)
• Plus points for candidates based within the Klang Valley in Malaysia
