Duties Responsible for managing the operations of the section and lead a team of skilled technicians. Supervise and provide direction with an emphasis on team building and delivery through daily meetings and effective communications. Plan work schedules for customer requirements, resource availability, and other priorities. Responsible for meeting KPI as set by the Managers. Supervise activities in Excellence Through Quality (ETQ) and Eight Disciplines (8D) problem solving to identify root cause & implement preventive action in quality escapes. Ensure continuous improvement activities by utilizing Lean-Sigma tools and adhering to HSE policies & Ergonomics requirements. Effective management of resources, including managing absenteeism and overtime planning, skills matrix etc. Manage and supervise and ensure employees, are trained to right level of competency. Any ah-hoc duty as assign Job Requirements Min Degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical or other relevant discipline.
