Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Product Engineer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East ' easily accessible. Responsibilities Responsible for creating and maintain necessary shop documentation to ensure compliance with CMM & other specification revision such as Overhaul Routers, Lot Sheets, ICR, Bushing Installation Sheets, OHRW Assembly/ Dis Assembly Worksheets, OHRW Process Sheets. Responsible for preparing and submitting concessions to OEMs for out-of-scope repairs and any technical queries. Providing technical support and leadership to the shop floor and other sections requiring engineering inputs. Responsible for matters pertaining to product or process are managed efficiently. Work and coordinate with Marketing & Customer Service Department to ensure that technical requirements a meet. Ensure feasibility for new capability setup as well as initiate and carry out the set up. Responsible for reviewing special processes requirement for new product part number CMM. Responsible for conducting 8D, SCAR and INC Investigation and issue warranty reports for defective components. Ensure improvements and enhance systems and processes more efficient and robust. Responsible for establishing process and Equipment Autonomous Maintenance Responsible for Schedule/Plan in consultation with the support of Process Any ad-hoc duty as assign Job Requirements Degree in Engineering or any other related disciplines. Minimum of 3-5 years related experience. Lean Sigma Green Belt will be added bonus.
