Assist the Facilities Manager in daily operations like coordinating maintenance activities etc To lead a team in provision of maintenance services Supervise subcontractors in carrying out planned and ad hoc maintenance and their work routines Ensure compliance with health and safety standards



Diploma/Degree in Facility Management/Building Services, Property, Estate Management, or relevant discipline. * At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
