Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially-minded Production Support Engineer to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong, Singapore, or Sydney (full relocation packages provided). The ideal candidate will possess a strong technological background (must be able to pass a python coding interview) and a passion for resolving business challenges. This role is essential for ensuring the reliability and performance of their production systems, meeting the high standards demanded by the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring:

Monitor and support production systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Troubleshooting:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

Collaboration:

Qualifications:

Proven experience in front office production support or a similar role.

Architecture:
