The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high application availability, rapid incident response, and seamless production deployments across business-critical systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide
L2 production and application support
for Java and Spring Boot-based enterprise systems.
Perform
incident analysis, root cause investigation,
and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
Maintain
application stability, performance tuning, and capacity management
across environments (UAT/PROD).
Build and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
using Jenkins, Bitbucket, JFrog, and related DevOps tools.
Collaborate with L3 developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams for fixes, deployments, and enhancements.
Write automation scripts in
Python or Shell
for process improvement and monitoring.
Monitor system performance and logs using
Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Dynatrace,
or similar tools.
Ensure all activities comply with organizational standards for
change, incident, and problem management (ITIL).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Minimum 6
years of experience
in
Application / Production Support
for enterprise systems.
Hands-on experience with
Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Strong exposure to
Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
and
DevOps tools
- Jenkins, Bitbucket, JFrog, Jira, Confluence.
Proficiency in
Python and Shell scripting
for troubleshooting and automation.
