Job Description
BRDL Restaurant & Bar looking for candidate with good working attitude, Sociable and people oriented, Team player, Highly responsible, and someone who is able to "think outside the box"
- Assisting manager on duty with the following
- Ensuring that side Station are adequately stocked with replacement cutlery or others operation needs.
- Ensuring that table setting and comply with company requirement / SOP.
- Ensure table setting are all in order / Table Arrangement / Reservation for the day
- setting up tables and ensuring general cleanliness of the restaurant for daily dinning operations.
- Ensure adherence to and maintenance of the highest possible standards of personal hygiene and dressing.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with laid-down standards, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Close restaurant on a rotational basis (Closing House Keeping)
- Basic administrative work
- Experience in F&B industry at least 2 years
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to multitask and manage daily operations
- Flexible schedule
- Food provided
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
