Operations Supervisor

Job Description
The Operations Supervisor oversees the facility's warehousing activities, ensures efficient processes, and maximizes its productivity. He/she is in charge of supervising 3rd party employees and coordinating logistics with other ORCA departments. This role is responsible for:
- Providing insights or ideas on possible cost reduction.
- Aligning with the inventory lead and customer service lead.
- Monitoring and reporting on team performance of third-party from 3M and in-house 'manos' from Slamma Jamma.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Coordinating with the other ORCA departments such as IT and Customer Support to identify areas for improvement and greater alignment of work.
- Providing operations updates and insights to the Site Ops Manager.
- Supervising and training direct reports.
- Conducting a Gemba walk or walk around, inside and in the perimeter area of the warehouse.
- Monitoring the daily operations transaction.
- Reviewing the daily reports and system execution.
