Job Title: Service Crew

Our client is a distinguished farm-to-table eatery originally hailing from Kyushu, renowned for its mastery of authentic Tonkatsu cuisine. Committed to culinary excellence, their dishes are meticulously prepared using only the freshest, top-quality ingredients.

:
- Taking reservation, managing seating, taking orders, settling bill, etc.- Provide high quality of customer service to guests.- Perform opening and closing duties.- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.- Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.- Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant.- Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:
- Prior working experience in F&B industry is an added advantage.- No experience is welcomed to apply; Training will be provided.- Willing to work on weekend and public holidays.- Able to work for split shift if necessary.- Energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment.- Great interpersonal and communication skills.- Passionate in the line of F&B.

Compensation:
- Working Location: Great World, Central- Working days: 5 - 6 days per week - Working hours: Open to discuss- Operation time: 11am - 9:30pm- Benefits: AWS, meal allowance, annual leave, OT pay, career progression.
