Based at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1, the Qantas Singapore Lounges offers a new standard of luxury for our guests travelling through Singapore. The lounge reflects the heart of Singapore, a vibrant and exciting space that celebrates the heritage scene. As a key member of our friendly team, you will represent our professional service philosophy of Feel Valued and Feel Welcome. Monthly salary range SGD 2,700 - SGD 3,050 Overview of Duties- Ensure excellent and professional service at all times.
- Perform the tasks of order taking and ensure accuracy by repeating orders to guests.
- Deliver orders to kitchen/show kitchen promptly.
- Check ordered meals on collection from kitchen and deliver to guests promptly.
- Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy.
- Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
- Other duties as required and outlined by the Supervisor/Manager on Duty.
- Possess a Professional Certificate/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in Hospitality/Hotel/F&B operations.
- Applicants must possess a valid WSQ Food Hygiene certificate.
