Roles & Responsibilities Manage customers' queries in a timely and efficient manner Supervise and ensure smooth running of the front of house operation Assist F&B Manager with achieving restaurant financial targets Assist F&B Manager with training and development of team members Comply with safety, health and food regulations Manage queue and ensure safe distancing measures are strictly in placeRequirements Preferably with Food and Beverage experience Pleasant disposition with 'Service with a Smile' Able to work 5 days a week including weekend and public holidays Able to effectively communicate with team members and customers Able to respond and adapt to different work situations
