Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day to day operations of all dining establishments.
  • Support, supervise, and allocate daily work to team members.
  • Monitor work performance of the team and provide service trainings for team members in handling of POS, daily closing, and reporting.
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of high service standards.
  • Proactively review and suggest improvements of SOPs.
  • Support the planning and execution of special events.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolving guest complaints and feedbacks.
  • Guide guests to the tables, take and serve orders, and provide excellent customer service to all guests.

Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in the relevant field.
  • Pleasant personality and excellent customer service skills.
  • Other required Skill(s): knowledge of food, beverage, marketing and sales.
  • Experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service.
  • Able to commit rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
