Position Title: Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager


Salary Range: SGD 6,500 - 8,000

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets to ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, and hygiene compliance. Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Lead and support outlet teams by providing training, performance feedback, and workflow guidance. Collaborate with the operations team and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination of food preparation, delivery, and quality control. Review outlet sales reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization. Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and operational logistics across outlets. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and all relevant regulatory requirements in Singapore. Represent the company in overseas business engagements, supplier meetings, or operational reviews when required. Undertake other managerial duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management.

Position Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant experience in F&B operations, preferably in chain restaurant or multi-outlet management. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams in a bilingual environment. Strong understanding of Chinese cuisine operations and workflow management within the F&B sector. Familiar with Singapore's food hygiene and safety regulations. Possesses WSQ Food Hygiene Level 3 (Food Handler) certification. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required, depending on operational needs. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. Willingness to travel overseas when required to represent the company in business or operational matters.
