Job Description
Central Kitchen F&B manager
Ensure daily order are fulfilled and prepare delivery schedule
Inventory control and supply ordering
Familiar with office skill e.g.excel, words.
Familiar with MYOB accounting software application.
Preferably with at least 1-2 years experience in food and beverage operation management or similiar capacity
Familiar with supplier Liason, price analysis reports.
Preferably with class 3 licence
* Other tasks as assigned by director
