Job Description


:

  • Perform cashiering.
  • Assists in opening, changing and closing of shifts.
  • Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs promptly and professionally.
  • Ensures overall cleanliness in the premises.
  • Ensure all used plates and cutleries on the dining tables are being cleared once the guests left the restaurant.
  • Maintains good customer service and food quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Attend to guests\xe2\x80\x99 queries, feedback and complaint timely & professionally.
Administration:
  • Takes attendance of service and kitchen staffs and plan duty roster for them.
  • Assist in managing the maintenance and repairs of the restaurants.
  • Update and manage regulations and safety requirements contracts such as SFA, fire safety, pest control etc.
  • Ensure all inventory are well stocked.
  • Assist in ordering of stock inventory.
  • Works closely with the Manager to achieve operation efficiency.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties required for the operations of restaurant.
