Roles & Responsibilities



Operational Management:



Manage all daily business activities autonomously, ensuring strict adherence to company SOPs and regulatory standards. Oversee the preventive maintenance program for the food court(s) to ensure all equipment and facilities are in optimal condition. Ensure the highest standards of property cleanliness, hygiene, and organization are consistently maintained.

Tenant & Stakeholder Relations:



Serve as the primary point of contact for stall tenants, fostering a collaborative and professional relationship. Manage tenant contracts and relations to achieve and sustain 100% stall occupancy. Act as the key liaison with government statutory boards (e.g., NEA, SFA), landlords, and third-party service providers.

Administrative & Financial Duties:



Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage the POS system for accurate daily sales tracking and reporting. Take full responsibility for the ordering, receiving, and quality control of goods and supplies. Monitor and manage stall inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Staff Management & Training:



Schedule and deploy staff effectively to maintain full operational capacity across all shifts. Oversee and conduct training sessions on food handling, safety standards, and company procedures. Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff members.

Essential Skills & Requirements:



Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in F&B management, preferably in a food court or coffee shop setting. Proven ability to independently manage the end-to-end operations of multiple outlets (1-3). Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate; NEA ECC Certification is a strong advantage. Strong hands-on problem-solving skills specific to food court operations. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with tenants, staff, and external partners. Ability to work a 6-day work week, including extended hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with Infotech attendance and scheduling modules. * Existing network of contacts with potential food stall tenants.
