Operation Food Coordinator/ 3 - 6 Months Contract / West / $11/hour
Job opportunity:
- Opportunity to work for an MNC Company!
- Salary: $11/Hr
- Working Hours: 10 am - 7 pm
- Location: Hillview / Jurong
- Resolve issues on the phone or face-to-face with customers (Consumers/Eaters, Merchants, and Delivery Partners) and strive to deliver excellent customer service
- Handle food in a safe, hygienic, and sanitary manner
- Pack orders carefully to ensure that all orders are sent out correctly without any missing items, condiments or utensils
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Kitchen expansion project
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow-up of all interactions with customers
- Maintains and improves service level quality by adhering to standards and guidelines
- Handle ad hoc duties as required
- Excellent Communication skills
- Independent & disciplined, able to work under minimal supervision
