Operation Coordinator (3 Months Contract Basic $2600)

Job Description
- Data Entry
- Supplier invoices into systems
- Responsible for coordinating with the Sales Team and Project team that orders are error-free in terms of
- specification and lead time commitment to clients in S.E.A.
- Coordinate and Liaise with Factory both in Shanghai and Australia as well as all the partners/suppliers/forwarders and 3rd party warehouses regarding import/export/cross trade, or/and order confirmation, replacement etc. and update into internal backlog report and host/attend weekly Project backlog meeting.
- Work closely with the Senior Operations Executive and Project Team in Singapore to coordinate the delivery
- schedules
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Minimum O level/Nitec/Diploma holders or Minimum 1 year of working experiences in similiar industry
- Good working knowledge in using excel
- Training will be provided.
- Location: Raffles Place
- working hours: Monday to friday (9am - 6pm)
- Contract duration: 3 months (may be extended)
