Perform Meat Cutting duties and functions
Checking and receiving of goods prior to processing
Record daily on the wastage and carry out production schedules
Ensure meat processing equipment are well-maintained
Apply Food production standards, SOPS and Procedures
Follow the safety and hygiene regulations for Food Processing factory
Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
Knowledge in Meat production and usage of Meat Processing equipment (Eg. Bandsaw, Mincing, Slicing machine)
At least 1-year relevant experience
Willing to perform OT when necessary
