COMPANY DESCRIPTION Operating out of a 18,000-sqft central kitchen at Senoko Way, the Food Manufacturing Division has multiple lines of modern production equipment designed for high volume output with quality consistency. Every year, we manufacture more than 1.5 million pieces of food products. We produce a wide range of halal-certified products, from ready meals to customised food products for major F&B brands. We also produce extensive bakery and hot kitchen products, including pizzas, sandwiches, cakes and breads, as well as sauces and pastes. RESPONSIBILITIES
To conduct daily QC check on incoming raw materials, in-process materials and finishedproducts.
To ensure product quality, relevant documents of incoming materials are in place and incompliance with regulatory & client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
To conduct basic hygiene audits of central kitchens or food production areas.
To prepare reports, data entry and conduct trend analysis for incoming check.
To perform usage decision in SAP system and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
National ITE Certificate in Applied Food Science, Chemical Process Technology,Biotechnology or related disciplines.
RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Preferably with 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years working experience.
