Job Description
- You will be Part of the Exciting and Expanding Team in our Central Kitchen You Will Work with the Following Functions:
- To be the bridge between the chefs and the QA/QC team
- To Identify and Assign Priority of Jobs based on the day\xe2\x80\x99s busy-ness
- To manage the flow of food and orders to ensure smooth service during operations
- To ensure consistency in quality and presentations of all food served
- To acquire in-depth knowledge of the company\xe2\x80\x99s food menu
- To ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment within the department
- To ensure all hygiene requirements are adhered to
- To perform any other duties / tasks assigned by superior
- Min. GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 Level
- No or <2 years of relevant experience
- Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment.
- Able and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Experience in similar F&B environment (Catering or Food Production) will be an advantage
- Able to cope with the food production environment
- Hardworking, Team Player yet Independent
- Quick-thinking with problem solving skills
- Possess Basic Food Hygiene Certification will be an advantage
- Must possess a strong sense of cooperation and always multi-task your errand
