SERVICE - Position: FOOD CHECKER / FOOD RUNNER / 4 POSTIONS ($2,000 -$2500)
Prerequisites
- Some experience in F&B operations is preferred
- Good attention to details
- Able to work efficiently in busy environment
Responsibilities
- Must be knowledgeable and adhere to all RESTAURANT\xe2\x80\x99S SOPs
- To manage the flow of food and orders to ensure smooth service during operations
- To acquire in-depth knowledge of food menu
- To ensure consistency in quality and presentations of all food served
- To train and supervise food runners and assistant food checkers
- To ensure work safety is always observed
- To maintain good daily housekeeping practices
- To ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment within the department
- To ensure all hygiene requirements are adhered to
- To perform any other duties / tasks assigned by superior
