Job Description
Are you passionate about food and providing exceptional service? We're looking for an energetic and attentive Food Runner to enhance our guests' dining experience.
- Free Staff Meals provided
- 6 days work week (required to work on weekends and public holidays)
- 12 hours work with 2 hours rest per day
- Location: Jurong West, Tampines, Novena
- Deliver food from kitchen to customer.
- Carry and deliver hotpot soup to customer.
- Explain the dishes delivered according to SOP.
- Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customer
- Help prepare and clear the tables for restaurant patrons
- Attend and respond to customers' needs promptly and professionally
- Assist in the serving of the menu-items to restaurant patrons at their seats
- Ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant
- Adhere to company's standard operating procedures
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings, cleaning and table setting and may need to maintain cleanliness of rest room.Requirements
- Entry level candidates are welcomed
- Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
- Provides good Customer Service
- Basic language skills
