Provide technical support to customers and account managers to meet the IFF\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives.
Execute Customers and internal projects to grow primarily in Bakery category, Bars and Confectionery as secondary to meet sales strategy in this category
Support go-to market Category plan for ASEAN market.This is a Singapore based position and will report to Design Director Bakery, Bars & Confectionery.How You Will ContributeWork together with across function team to design and develop new or modify existing solutions, recipes, and/or processes.Provide a high standard of technical support to internal and external customers, with prioritising based on customer needs. Specifically:Professional & timely responses in line with agreed timeframesAccurate & detailed technical project work and associated reportsProvide effective solution to customersMaintain all soft & hard IFF\xe2\x80\x99s Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s Innovation databases and associated procedures to ensure that IFF\xe2\x80\x99s global policies and IFF\xe2\x80\x99s Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s requirements of being up to date and in correct use at all times are met.Conduct and undertake pilot trials, primarily on Bakery and related applications.Safe and Hygienic operations of all Bakery processing equipment.Ensure good maintenance and cleanliness of all laboratory equipment and always ensure the cleanliness of the entire Bakery Laboratory area.Maintain a good stock of raw materials and consumable items at all times.Adherence to all company\xe2\x80\x99s policies, rules and regulations and committed to company\xe2\x80\x99s quality and continuous improvement programs such as MS ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.Any other tasks or projects assigned by the Immediate Manager.Food Safety Accountability:Responsible for the protection of IFF\xe2\x80\x99s customers, and 3rd parties, from harm or injury caused by foodborne hazards associated with the business\xe2\x80\x99s products and processes. This is achieved by maintaining and adhering to a legally recognised Food Safety System that identifies, assesses and controls known food safety hazards.What you will need to be successful
Essential:Degree in Food Science or equivalentMinimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Bakery industry and related applicationsAt least basic knowledge of dry compounded food ingredients, including:Raw material knowledge in particular related to Bakery end application and processing environmentProduct development (incl.
