Support daily operations of food stall and food court
Assist outlet manager in ensuring smooth operations and service standards
Be familiar with all menu items, recipes, preparation methods and preparation time
Ensure food and beverage items are prepared and served on time
Recommend and promote menu items or specials to customers
Maintain high customer service standards according to company procedures
Perform cashier duties when required
Monitor food hygiene SOPs and conduct random checks, ensuring certification compliance
Assist in manpower planning, recruitment and preparation of monthly duty rosters
Supervise staff on shift and ensure sufficient staffing levels
Ensure all pre-opening and closing duties are completed daily
Maintain accurate weekly inventory as per company procedures
Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping of all working and service areas
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
Positive attitude and passion for service
Willing to learn new menu items and operations
Strong interest in building a career in the F&B industry
Good teamwork and communication skills
Valid Food Safety and Hygiene certification
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
* F&B experience preferred; supervisory experience is an advantage
