Responsibilities: * Plan, lead and supervise production team to ensure on-time delivery * Manage and deploy manpower with direct and sub-contractor manpower * Liaise and coordinate with inter Responsibilities : Plan, lead and supervise production team to ensure on-time delivery Manage and deploy manpower with direct and sub-contractor manpower Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties including engineering, project management, other production departments, vendors, owners and surveyors pertaining to project requirements Ensure that safety requirements are observed and complied to Coordinate with other departments to resolve technical issues and delay Attend production meetings to highlight issues for resolution and update clients on work progress Work with design team to ensure proper execution of construction for all piping systems Plan and arrange the tools, materials and manpower for onsite fabrication and installation piping works Prepare health, safety and risk information where applicable to work practices and toolbox Requirements : Preferably Higher Nitec in any Engineering disciplines Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply (On Job Training will be provided) Interest in Shipyard/ Marine/ Oil&Gas industry Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment Able to motivate in a challenging work environment Must be able to board ships, enter confined spaces with limited visibility and have the ability to climb up and down stairs and/or ladders of varying heights.
