Site Supervisor / Foreman

The Site Supervisor should have at least 3 years of experience in Construction site supervision of sub-contractors and workers. This individual will be responsible on site for all construction and progress issues.

Responsibilities

• day-to-day coordination to manage the execution and scheduling of project

• on site supervision and lead a team of workers and maintain their progress

• close liaison with the Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of project

• identify and contribute to the resolutions of problems; work closely with all members of the project team to resolve complex issues

• Monitoring and control of contract works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, code of practice, scope of work and to enforce safety regulations

• Undertake the responsibilities for all technical and service work at the project site

• Resolve equipment and technical problem

• Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements

• Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting, repair, routine checks and maintenance

• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule

• Ensure safety is in compliance with statutory and local regulations and requirements as specified in the established Safety Plan

• Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Engineer/Senior Supervisor
  

• Good knowledge of reading specifications and M&E Waterwork related drawings

• 3+ years of experience in Construction Site Supervision role, preferably with structural/ Mechanical background

• Possess BCSS & Work-at-height Certificates

• Professional Welder certificates is a must

• Possess relevant trade foreman certificate

• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company

• Positive attitude

• Strong communication skills with all level of workers

• Able to work at site located at Tuas South
