\xc2\xb7 To develop formulations for concept through commercialization \xc2\xb7 Manage and complete top selling beauty products formulation and development projects of the following cosmetic categories: Skincare, Body care, Hair care \xc2\xb7 Understands, in depth, the intricacies of formula and new product development and align this to the product brief. \xc2\xb7 Maintain working knowledge of raw material innovations and emerging research in the cosmetic science field by proactively researching new concepts, materials, and processes. \xc2\xb7 Apply extensive product knowledge and strategic thinking to the formulation development process \xc2\xb7 Interprets beauty and lifestyle trends which impact the development concept ideas and support rationale of new ideas \xc2\xb7 Work with marketing team to build up product briefs with clear identification of active ingredients, hero (marketing) ingredients and align on the required levels for each ingredient to achieve the efficacy and marketing objectives \xc2\xb7 Full documentation of product specifications and enforcement of these standards throughout development and production \xc2\xb7 Apply standard formulation technologies toward creation of new products and provide technical assistance to optimize formula attributes \xc2\xb7 Perform evaluations and benchmarking of competitive products; reports findings as appropriate \xc2\xb7 Maintain a working knowledge of cosmetic regulations for cosmetic/active ingredient regulations \xc2\xb7 Source and engage with raw material suppliers/distributors and manufacturers for the purpose of product development \xc2\xb7 Ensure the laboratory, production area and warehouse are GMP compliance \xc2\xb7 Compiling and handling of GMP audit report \xc2\xb7 Ad-hoc duty as assigned by Management Job Requirements

• Work in beauty industry before
• At least 1 year work experience in this job position
