Plan and design efficient formwork systems in accordance with structural and architectural requirements.
Supervise on-site formwork installation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with structural engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
Review and interpret formwork drawings and technical specifications.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in formwork engineering (traditional and/or system formwork). Strong understanding of formwork systems Proficient in reading and interpreting structural drawings and shop drawings. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with site safety protocols and relevant construction standards
