Job description :
oversee the construction, erection, alteration, or dismantling of formwork structures, ensuring they are built according to approved plans and specifications.
ensure that all formwork operations comply with the WSH (Construction) Regulations, including those related to safety and health.
assist in carrying out risk assessments for formwork activities, identifying potential hazards, and implementing control measures.
ensure that workers follow established safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment
regularly inspect formwork structures before, during, and after concreting to monitor their stability and soundness.
respond to emergencies like formwork failures, fires, or other incidents that may arise during construction.
track the progress of formwork construction and ensure it aligns with the project schedule
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in formwork supervisory (traditional and/or system formwork).
Strong understanding of formwork systems
