Core Shop Technician
Location: Benoi
Company Transport Provided (Boon Lay)
Salary Up to $2000 depending on experience
AWS + VB

Responsibilities

• Produce Quality Cores by Operating Conventional Cold Core Machines
• Produce Quality Cores by Operating Auto Cell (Robot) Cold Core Machines.
• Produce Quality Cores by Operating Auto and Manual Hot box Core Machines.
• Understanding the importance of Core Tooling and manage to protect from Tooling damage.
• Operate and Produce Quality Cores by Advance Technology 3D Sand Core Printing Machine.
• Understand and Perform Core cleaning in 3D Sand Printing Process.
• Perform Core Dipping Operation using Core Dipping Machines.
• Perform Core Inspection, Core Patching and Core Assembly operations.
• Carry out TPM and maintain proper housekeeping per 6S Techniques within work area.
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work on rotating shifts and work hard

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the same trade.

• Relevant and recognized NAC Trade Certificates or equivalent to NITEC Certificate in relevant trade.
• Understand Foundry Core and Mold Process
• Understand about types of sand used in Foundry Processes
• Understand Core and Mold Quality aspects in Foundry
• Understand 3D Sand Core Printing Process
