About This Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join the Circles.Life FP&A team. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner who looks after Circles.Life\'s B2C businesses, you will help drive analysis and insights to support the leadership team in making informed decisions for its Singapore and Australia markets. You are expected to demonstrate a strong business acumen, acting as a true partner by balancing growth and accountability for overall business success.

As a FP&A Analyst, your key objectives will be to:

  • KPI tracking and dashboard automation:
  • Track Singapore and Australia markets performance against targets
  • Determine which KPIs to track on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Work with the Data and Analytics teams to set up and automate KPI dashboards that would be jointly monitored by Growth, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • Call out deviation vs. targets, detailing reasons/ root causes
  • Forecasting and modeling:
  • Update forecast for the month on a weekly basis
  • Update forecast for the year on a monthly basis
  • Prepare and maintain financial models to forecast Singapore & Australia business performance
  • Work with the Growth and Marketing teams to:
  • Conduct analysis and assess financial trends, identifying key drivers and potential risks
  • Monthly reporting and stakeholder communication:
  • Prepare and send monthly business performance reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare materials for business update sessions with CXOs
  • Support the Finance Business Partner in budget-/ target-setting processes (annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting)
  • Handle other operational finance tasks and liaise with the business teams in a timely manner

  • Key stakeholders across leadership team & cross functional teams - P&C, Customer Service, Operations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor\'s degree is required, with a major in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Statistics, or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years working experience as an FP&A analyst, Growth & Marketing data analyst, or equivalent work experience in a rapidly growing, fast paced environment
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
  • Proven abilities to:
  • Develop and maintain complex business/ financial models\\
  • Analyze large/ complex sets of data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments to gather information and insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with data manipulation tools and languages, in particular SQL
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Looker Dashboard is a plus
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing business conditions and priorities, as well as a willingness to take on new challenges.
