Key Responsibilities:
Long-Range Financial Forecasts (LRFF), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Short-Term Forecasts (STF):
Complete Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), and Cash Flow (CF) statements for LRFF, AOP, and STF.
Prepare PowerPoint slides to present LRFF, AOP, and STF.
Conduct Explanation of Change (EOC) variance analysis and prepare detailed reports.
Review and validate budget amounts submitted by various departments.
Actual Analysis:
Perform in-depth analysis of general reports to aid management in making informed decisions.
Support the preparation of corporate reports as required.
Conduct margin analysis to support the monthly closing process.
Other Responsibilities:
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for board meetings.
Address ad-hoc requests and requirements from various stakeholders.
Manage SAP tasks, including internal order setup and maintenance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
5 years of experience in FP&A.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in both English and Chinese, due to working with China counterparts.
