:THE COMPANYOur Client is a Multinational Corporation in the Pharmaceutical industry (P&L size of $11 Billion USD) with strong presence in APAC and headquartered in Singapore. They are now looking for a FP&A Associate Director to join their team in Singapore, reporting to the CFO.THE ROLEThe FP&A Associate Director will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and reviewing work done by the FP&A Manager
- Leading all the critical activities for new projects, restructuring or governance
- Consolidation and management reporting for regional subsidiaries
- Developing regional management reporting on revenue, profit, and forecast
- Performing of various analysis to better drive profitability
- Strategic and business planning, communicating with different internal stakeholders
- Challenging the different key stakeholders to ensure budgets are being met
- 3 years/5 years AOP
- Go-to-Market Strategies, Business Case reviews
- Possesses a Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA graduates may also apply
- Has at least 10 -15 years of work experience, preferably started their career in an audit environment
- Good interpersonal skill, team player, self-motivated and analytical mind.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Overseas travelling is required
