Description

An employer of choice, our client is a renowned real estate brand with an illustrious heritage and diverse product portfolio. To support evolving business needs, they are looking for a high calibre FP&A Director to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CFO and managing a team of qualified professionals, you will partner the Commercial team to evaluate business performance and new capital investments. You will lead the FP&A activities and establish best-in-class reporting dashboards and analytical processes to better forecast business evolution. High performing individuals can look forward to rotation/ secondment opportunities.

Requirements

You are a degree qualified CA with at least 12+ years of FP&A experience, ideally gained with Real Estate/ Hospitality organisations. Armed with a proven track record in enhancing FP&A capabilities, you are also a commercial business partner who provides sound recommendations to drive business performance. To succeed in this role, you will be described as driven, committed and a strategic business partner.
