FP&A MANAGER

Our client has a clear vision and much focuses on R&D to drive the best innovation for their patients. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis to provide insights to influence business decision making, and acting as a business partner to various stakeholders globally.

:

• Develop and implement financial models, scenario analysis to support strategic decision making
• Performs financial analysis to support gross margin reporting and bridge commentary
• Support Operations team to provide insightful financial analysis and business insights that help drive improved efficiency and cost optimization for the group. This would be achieved by tracking KPI\'s, identifying trends, and performing ad hoc analysis
• Lead the reporting and analysis of Group Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) which will include material cost, purchased services, resources and other operating expenses and provide comments on the variances against budget and against last year
• Take ownership of the budget and quarterly rolling forecast and ensure it is reviewed by stakeholders
• Provides support to World-Wide Operations teams to resolve systemic issues related to Finance attributes which prevent transactions from processing
• Ability to understand the financial transactions in multiple ERP system, specially to validate and reconcile Purchases, Consumption and Inventory movements on monthly basis to find any anomalies

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience with FP&A related work experience on a regional or global scope
• Prior experience in consolidation procedures, including investigation and clearing of inter-company balances
• Have worked with general ledger and reporting systems and taken responsibility for planning and forecasting
