Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide market and business insights and support business on financial modelling for business proposal and making decision.
- Analyse monthly financial results and business drivers and review on the variances between actual and budget/forecast.
- Handle the annual budgeting process and analyse economic indicators and market trends to prepare forecasts.
- Work closely with the business units to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- At least 8 of audit and commercial experience in Property/Real Estate industry.
- Strong financial modelling and analysis and good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
