Job Description


You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external financial statements. Reviews financial numbers for unusual variances and provides recommendations or explanations. Provides support for interim and year-end audits. Ensures that documentation complies with company\'s regulations, professional standards, and SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines. Design and review fiscal policies. Identify investment opportunities. Advise our senior management team on financial planning (e.g. acquisitions, mergers and loans).

Responsibilities:

  • The role will be responsible for the FP&A business cycle in SEAT as well as support the regional head and the regional FP&A function.
  • Providing financial support to the management team as well as department heads in the country, providing up to date analysis in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses (TOE) and capital expenditures
  • Providing strategic support to the management team as well as department heads in the country with in-depth analysis on business opportunities, business planning (IOP), as well as strategic planning in deployment and/or investments.
  • Managing the regional financial performance in ensuring regional and corporate objectives are met while ensuring the continued and future growth of the business
  • Initiate and maintain a minimum monthly review process with regional and country management and his team, including the publishing of monthly reports to key stakeholders
  • Coordinate the financial forecast, annual operating and capital planning exercise to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of required milestones.
  • Perform month-end close activities and related variance analysis and reporting
  • Drive continuous improvements and automation of reporting and business/financial processes
  • Help businesses to identify potential improvement areas of daily operation process, drive both effect and efficiency on continuous process improvement.
  • Provide adhoc reporting and analytical support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting etc. with related qualifications required
  • 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Working experience in accounting firm is preferred
  • Good understanding of business process with excellent financial and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office with advance Excel working knowledge
  • Proficiency in other BI tools such as QlikView / Tableau / Power BI will be a plus.
  • Experience working in SAP (FI module) & HFM
  • Enthusiastic with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, mature and highly self -motivated, result-driven & sense of delivery.
  • Able to work under stress.
  • Experience and comfortable interacting with senior management
  • Comfortable working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
  • Meticulous and committed with good problem -solving skills
  • Fast learner with an eye for details
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing working priorities and assignments and deadline driven
  • Independent self-motivated team player
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
