Economic success and corporate responsibility are inextricably linked as part of this process.Symrise \xe2\x80\x93 always inspiring more \xe2\x80\xa6Fragrance Development Coordinator (Consumer Fragrance), Singapore (2-Year Contract)As a Fragrance Development Coordinator, you will be supporting the Fragrance Category Lead on various segments including evaluation management, panel testing, sample preparations, market samples arrangements, documentation and other administration tasks. You will coordinate with cross functional departments to drive successful fragrance evaluation and olfactive mapping report / presentation.The Position:To assist Fragrance Category Lead on various segments as of:Evaluation Management

• Perform daily routine checks on samples done by Application Lab and inform Detergent Category Lead.
• Coordinate with Washing Assistant to schedule and prepare washing schedule to all related stakeholders
• Coordinate with Washing Assistant to prepare and check benchmark stock for all on-going projects.
• Conduct performance tests and expert panel evaluations when required.
• Compile panel data and prepare a report.

Market Product Portfolio Management

• Liaise with country to gather market product including new launch, relaunch and current variants.
• To keep pouring off samples for each market product as references and up-to-date every year.
• Document products onto master file and schedule for smelling session with Detergent Category Lead on updated olfactive note.
• Send GC request for selected theme by Detergent Category Lead for development projects.
• Manage market products which are used for benchmarking projects.

Coordination with Cross Functional Teams

• Establish solid communication with Perfumers to support complete fragrance evaluation process which is led by Detergent Category lead.
• Provide complete feedback on wash evaluation during the absent of Detergent Category Lead
• Liaison with Application Lab on all related samples needed for evaluation, submission, and market research test.
• Liaison with Creation Lab on fragrance oils when required.
• Liaison with Innovation Team when required.
• Collaboration with Marketing Team on portfolio market product update
• Produce olfactive mapping presentation for all ASEAN country based on updated market product portfolio.
• Liaison with Packing Team when urgent samples require despatch/hand carry.

The Ideal Candidate:

• High Nitec / Diploma in Chemistry or equivalent.
• A self-starter, independent and has an ability to work under pressure.
• Creative personality and enjoy working with diversity.
• Strong team player with the ability to multi-task and proactiveness to complete tasks within tight timelines.
• Self-Motivated with minimum supervision and high degree of initiative
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
