Roles & Responsibilities The Franchise Coordinator - Project Supervisor is the liaison between our Franchise Owners, Company Headquarters and Support Centre. Responsibilities:

• ensure uniformity on all franchise developments and systems
• coach all franchisees on the company’s operations
• coordinate all franchise annual business reviews
• maintain and organise all franchise support documents and manuals
• maintain and update all franchise information in the websites promptly
• create operational strategies and specific objectives to develop standard policies and procedures to support back-of-house infrastructure
• develop and maintain high level of knowledge regarding store operational process and procedures
• work closely with stores to evaluate processes and seeks opportunities for continuous process improvements
• partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate training support for all new stores opening and markets
• ensure proper deployment and effective execution of the training programmes
• involve in coordinating all technology integrations to facilitate successful deployment of all new capabilities and enhancements
• maintain an adaptable model that work towards consistent replication across the countries
• monitor and ensure all audits are completed and filed properly
• problems solving and resolve escalated issues
• provide inputs to strategic decisions
• all other duties as assigned

Requirement

• Someone independent and organised with an excellent project management capability to handle few projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, possess exceptional interpersonal relationship aptitude.
• An outstanding communicator in both written and verbal.
• A detailed-oriented individual able to identify inconsistencies in the ways of working.
• IT savvy and computer proficient.
• Travelling 50% of the work time.
• Ability to work in the franchise operating stores across multiple countries.
