Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tender bid process including RFIs, RFPs and RFQs and evaluate results
  • Track and report projects progress/status.
  • Develop commercial analyses to support negotiations
  • Coordination of data cleansing activities
  • Contracts administration; ensuring smooth supply chain implementation
  • Collating a database of suppliers and their capabilities
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external customers
Skills and Experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and analytical skills are essential
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Corporate Social Responsibility or a similar field is ideal
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in either QSR or FMCG industry highly advantageous
