Responsibilities
This role is pivotal and requires a commercial leader capable of executing strategic Business Development focused on identifying, approaching, and successfully onboarding
Master Franchisees
, large licensees, or multi-unit developers across target markets such as Singapore, China, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Crucially, while high-stakes acquisition is underway or once partners are secured, the role mandates rigorous
management of all franchise operations
to ensure strict alignment with brand standards and drive sustained results, utilizing the company's established SOPs and regional frameworks.
Over time, if there is an interest in team management responsibilities, the successful candidate will evolve the position by
developing and managing a specialized internal Franchise Operations team
to support network growth.
Requirements
We require a seasoned professional with at least seven years of progressive experience in business development or franchise development, with a demonstrable track record in the acquisition or management of Master Franchisee relationships, possessing strong negotiation skills, and a proactive mindset to manage multiple international opportunities independently; regional travel is required, and knowledge of Asian markets is a significant advantage.
