Our client is an established company specialising in F&B and Retail. They are expanding and growing at a fast pace and now looking to hire a Franchise Director to support the growth. They are located in the East \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible. The Responsible of Franchise Director are:
- Responsible for legal framework production and draft documents for international franchising including Operating Principles and Franchise Agreement
- Responsible for the negotiation of the terms and conditions of each Franchise Legal Agreement
- Responsible for setting up franchise division, creating a business plan and proposition of the brand by identifying and researching potential markets and advise of new opportunities or partners
- Responsible for the distribution and logistics process planning
- Responsible for all market sales, KPI, trade and marketing calendar that underpin the annual territory business plan
- Responsible for managing global franchise partners to ensure all business concept meet the brand standards
- Responsible for the franchise and business plan growth
- Responsible for establishing strategic objectives for each market using the levers of margin, price and brand and setting and achieving demanding sales, service and profit targets
- Responsible for leading all markets business reviews
- Responsible for setting merchandising and pricing strategies in line with local marketplace
- Bachelor\'s degree holder and above
- Min 5 years of Franchise Asst Director/Director experience in F&B industry
