Our client, Japanese F&B chain, is looking for a talent for franchise supervisor.Job role- Franchise management- New restaurant opening operationsRequirement- At least 3-5 years of F&B experience *Management of multiple outlets is advantageous.- Able to go on a business trip once in 2-3 months- Communication skills, passion, able to give good trainings to franchisee- Business level of English- Japanese as better-to-have :to be used as occasional internal communicationOthers- Salary: S$5000-5500 *If you have good experience, up to 7500-ish is negotiable.- AWS: yes, VB:yes- AL: 14 days/year, adding 1 day per year, max 21 days- ML: 14 days- Hours: Flex working, starting from 8:30-10:00 8hours work and 45 mins of lunch break- Location: Centre- Hiring process: 2 rounds of interviewsWe regret to tell you that the only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
