JOB SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity has arrived at The Garcha Group, Singapore's boutique hotel group currently with the following hotels:

• Maxwell Reserve, Autograph Collection Hotel (Marriott);
• Duxton Reserve, Autograph Collection Hotel (Marriott);
• The Vagabond Club, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel (Marriott);
• The Serangoon Club, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel (opening end 2022, Marriott).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

• Consistently offer professional, pro-active and engaging service to all guests members and associates
• Assist guests regarding all items and Cocktail Bar Catalogue, in an informative and helpful manner
• Comprehensive knowledge of all Catalogue and Food Menu items, garnishes, contents, preparation methods
• Create and serve innovative cocktails
• Provide relevant and innovative serves for individual whiskeysSuggest innovative ideas for events and tastings and menus
• Maintaining exceptional drink service standards
• Process all payments
• Mentoring and training of staff around our drinks
• Host guest tastings and masterclasses
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
