Job Description

OCBC is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Partner and Affiliate (P&A) Lead for FRANK. In this role, you will work as part of a high performing team in creating new business channels for FRANK through innovative partnerships and scalable affiliate programs.

The P&A Lead at FRANK will be responsible for all outward facing interactions with third parties. This includes negotiations with brands for promotions, key communities for affiliate programs and school administrations and student communities for campus engagement.

For brand partnerships the P&A Lead will be responsible for initiating and maintaining a deal pipeline with the key KPI of delivering partnerships relevant to the youth segment and exclusive to FRANK. The ability to consistently deliver deals on a regular cadence is key as it is critical to marketing and sales operation. Familiarity with legal contracts, terms and conditions and negotiation strategies a must as well as a proven track record of closing partnerships and deals successfully with mutually beneficial outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience with building and running affiliate programs for various communities. Candidate will be tasked with building out affiliate programs to deliver scalable business benefits to FRANK from key youth segments. Candidate should be familiar with creating standard suites of benefits for specific communities, marketing to them, signing them up and maintain and grow them.

P&A Lead should also have people management experience as the individual will also manage a team member responsible for growing the FRANK relationship with NTU, SMU and NTU school administrations and student CCAs. Key KPI is to maximize engagement with those key communities and leverage FRANK stores on campus.

The role will require the individual to engage with multiple internal stakeholders from product groups thru to legal, risk and senior management. They will work with other business development teams within the bank to leverage on existing partner relationships and ensure net synergies. To be successful requires good communication skills with the ability to persuade internal and external stakeholders/partners.

The FRANK team is highly collaborative so the ideal candidate prefers to work with others in order to solve tough problems and get to the best solution for our customers and business. Partnerships will need to be integrated into various FRANK marketing channels so the ability to collaborate across different marketing disciplines on the team is critical.

Candidate should have a customer-centric mindset and anticipate the customer's preferred offers, ways of being communicated to as well as most desired customer journey from awareness thru to conversion. This also means a willingness to put in the hours and effort to make change happen even to established business processes in order to bring the customer-centric journey to life.

Expectation is the individual will have a solid understanding of the youth segment, youth culture plus trends in order to evaluate and identify the most optimal partners to work with.

Responsibilities * Ownership of all third party partnerships. Identify, negotiate and sign agreements with brands to drive sales for FRANK.

  • Manage relationships with school administrations and student groups to increase engagement and traffic to FRANK stores.
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of experience in a partner and/or affiliate marketing role.
  • Team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of behaviors, tendencies and preferences of Frank target audience
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward under tight timelines
  • Proven record of sourcing, negotiating and closing deals with major brands.
