We are excited to be expanding our team by looking for a freelance Clinic Assistant!
Working hours
4 day work week, 8 hours per day
$11/hour - $13/hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Coordination:
Schedule appointments, handle patient inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate registration procedures.
Administrative Support:
Manage patient records, ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient information, and assist in billing, payment tracking.
Facility Management:
Oversee the maintenance of the clinic facility, including cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health regulations.
Customer Service:
Handle inquiries from patients and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ad Hoc Duties:
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management to support the overall functioning of the clinic.
Requirements:
Diploma or experience working as an administration staff.
Proven experience in clinic administration or healthcare management role preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in English and Chinese preferred.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
