Established in 2020, Swimwerks originated as a school for swimming in Sembawang that offers professional swimming classes for all ages with our team of established swimming instructors.

Today, beyond providing swim classes, we have transformed into a multi-faceted, one-stop aquatic hub for all the water-related activities you can think of!

We have everything individuals need to thrive in the water, from group and private swimming lessons to certification courses and aqua fitness programs.

To cater to our corporate clients, we also provide Lifeguard Services and Aquatic Event Management services for corporate aquatic needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist to Build, plan, implement & manage all marketing strategies & activities for the company
• Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events, campaigns or collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience
• Create brand awareness
• Monitor market trends, analysis of competitors activities to identify opportunities and provide suggestions for improvement
• Manage & improve social media accounts
• The candidate must be proficient in Tik Tok, Instagram & Facebook Marketing
• Create marketing collaterals

Requirements:

• Have the creativity in you
• Have the business sense in you (Quick in understanding & dealing with a business situation)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Problem solver & the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous, organized, able to manage your time well and keen eye for details
• Knowledge of MS Office software
• Able to analyse data and statistics
• An advantage if the candidate have a portfolio for reference
